Return Policy:

We want you to love every purchase, but if it is just not working for you we are here to help.

Because we are an online Accessory store we are unable to accept returns on the following items: socks, slippers and headbands due to health regulations.

Debbie’s Bazaar only offers STORE CREDIT ONLY, for returns within 14 days from receipt of purchase.

We inspect all items before they are shipped, however if one slips by us you must notify us in 3 days of delivery.

SALE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

"Follow directions below to return acceptable items:

A.  Contact us at DBscarves@debbiesbazaar.com to receive a return authorization number. Please indicate your reason for return and your receipt number. You may use our contact us page. If you are exchanging merchandise please indicate all information for new item. We will send the new item once we receive the old one. You will not pay for shipping.

B      The item must be in original packaging with none of the stickers removed. Must be in original condition, not worn, washed or altered.

C      Make a copy of the receipt and put the RA number on it as well as your reason for return. Place receipt in package and put the RA number on the outside of mailing package for expedited service.

D     Postage must be pre-paid. We do not accept COD.

E     Unfortunately we can not refund shipping fees.

G  Ship your return package back promptly after receiving RA number.

H We will process your store credit within 24 hours of receiving merchandise return. We will send you an email notification.

I If you are returning a gift accompanied by a gift receipt, a merchandise credit will be emailed to you.
